Configure the SLNX Device Manager App
When starting the RICOH Streamline NX Device Manager app for the first time after installation, users must configure settings before the app will work with SLNX.
Discovery, configuration, and report generation tasks cannot be created in the RICOH Streamline NX Device Manager app.

Start the RICOH Streamline NX Device Manager app.
The login screen is displayed the next time the application starts.

Read [End User License Agreement], and tap [Accept].
The [Settings] screen is displayed.

Configure [Use SSL].
Select this check box if SSL is required to connect to the Core Server.
[Use SSL] is always selected when you are using the iOS app, but not when you are using the Android app. Also, the port to be used for HTTPS communication is selected as the default port number of the server.

Enter the name or IP address of the Core Server in [Server Address].

Enter the port number in [Port Number].
When using http, "10100" is specified by default.
When using https, "53443" is specified by default.
Change the port number only if a different port was selected when the Core Server was installed.Ask your Administrator if you are unsure.

When IIS is used, enter the destination IIS alias in [IIS Alias].
Leave the field blank if IIS is not used. Again, ask your Administrator for these details.

Tap [Apply].
The login screen is displayed when the connection to the Core Server is successfully established. Refer to Login to the SLNX Device Manager App.
